2. Software, Algorithms, and Source Code

The software, application logic, database structures, interface styling, AI models, custom agent behaviors (such as "Agent Knott" and "Agent Roadmap"), and source code utilized to deliver services are proprietary assets of Way2Better Technologies Pvt Ltd.

No part of our software or platforms may be copied, reproduced, compiled, decompiled, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used in any manner to build competing career readiness or educational analytics applications without prior explicit written authorization.

3. Branding, Trademarks, and Logos

The trademarks, brand names, service marks, and logos used on the website (including the "Way2Better" name, the stylized "W" logo emblem, and respective product brandings) are legally protected assets.

You may not display or use our trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or in any manner that disparages or discredits the platform. Any promotional use of Way2Better branding assets requires a formal licensing agreement.

4. User-Generated Content & Licensing

When you upload resumes, certificates, project achievements, and profile materials to the platform, you retain all your copyright ownership.

However, to allow the platform to serve its educational and analytical function, you grant Way2Better Technologies Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, process, display, and analyze your content. This license is strictly used for providing the career analysis, metrics, and placement services described in our Terms and conditions.

5. Restrictions on Usage

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Republishing materials, code, or layouts from Way2Better to external websites or staging servers without credit and permission.
• Running automated web-scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools on the platform to harvest student profiles, competency lists, or resume data.
• Using any of our intellectual assets to train, fine-tune, or benchmark competitive generative AI models or career-planning engines.

6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Claims

Way2Better Technologies Pvt Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or local copyright laws.

Your notice must contain:
